Recently Completed: Digital advertising pendants at HP Pavilion in San Jose, CA. 16 stainless steel overhead enclosures, 32 video wall faces, 192 individually-addressable LCD displays powered by 32 networked media players, all run from a centralized show control system that integrates with the center-hung scoreboard (2007), bowl fascia LED (2007), digital menuboards (2010), new digital dasherboard LEDs (2011), and an exterior LED marquee (2003). Display content includes static and dynamic advertising, high-definition game video, real-time scoring and stats, concessions and retail promotion, trivia, contests, and upcoming events.
“We are very pleased and excited to add these two noteworthy enhancements to our digital media network inside the building,” said Rich Sotelo, Vice President of Building Operations. “The power of the system is unmatched in the industry, taking advantage of multiple technologies and the Daktronics Show Control System to make game day presentations all they can be, showing high definition video, real time statistics, and moments of exclusivity. All these displays working together, in sync, throughout the building, provide a truly powerful presentation.”
